All orders must be blind shipped meaning NO Brist logos, labels. The customer must believe the order is coming from Grandstand.

Jennifer will submit an order via email
Forward email keeping PO in subject and adding "Grandstand Final Approval" to creative. No other info needed
Review PO within original email from Jennifer. Important things to note:
Ship to (Address). To ensure this information is correct copy & paste from the PO to the invoice
Qty: Grandstand generally gets samples for themselves which is noted as a separate line item. These samples need to be directly shipped to them not the customer.
PO number. All invoices must include the PO number.
Review Pricing to make sure pricing aligns with pricing doc
Briefly review the tech-pack to make sure it aligns with the art work initially sent by Jennifer.

) Shipping details must be put into the shipping notes sections as most orders are split shipped
) All invoices must include the PO #
) Shipping notes must include Grandstand shipping number, the address and qty, and the sample address and qty
) Line items must be split by where the products are going as seen above.
